Around one hundred and fifty teachers work in ACLID member schools, as well as the management teams and administrative and maintenance staff. Although most of those teachers are permanently employed, it is true that every year a lot of schools have to look for a new teacher – whether of English, French, German, Chinese, Spanish, or other languages. We also sometimes have to look for a teacher to cover sick leave, or for a specific short term course we are going to run.
